Oliver is the very first Chihuahua puppy born here at Encore. Deanne generously let me keep Heidi
while she was expecting and then raise Oliver. He is a complete delight in every way, from watching his flawless movement
to sharing puppy kisses. He is an extraordinary young boy whom I can't wait to take into the ring.
